Wind Haiku

Published by ERIC KIMURA | Monday, July 12, 2010 9:08 AM

Just a collection of Haiku about summer winds

Wind blowing blossoms
Cling vainly to their branches
Beauty soon scattered.

"Happy Leaves"

Leaves dance on the street
While their trees bow and applaud
To Wind’s summer song.

"Night Wind"

The rustle of leaves
Crescendos until a breeze
Caresses my face.

eyk 04/23/09

Sprightly waving branch
Was there an errant breeze or
Just a leaping bird?

"Alakea Street"

The rain soaked winds toss
Blowing tree branches and a
Homeless woman’s hair.
