Green for Green

This is for the BR 100 words or less story contest.



Small kid time, Uncle he tell, “Eh, come help Uncle.” We all know our jobs already, so we sit at the table. Uncle bust out the green harvest and we work. Sorting, measuring and weighing. Me, I was the oldest so I put the bags on the scale and then Uncle seal ‘um. After, Uncle go take his bags. Couple hours later he come home with ice cream for us kids and one pile kala in his hand. Bumbye I see Uncle and Aunty in the bedroom smoking some of Uncle's harvest. Everybody happy. The ice cream was ‘ono too.
